Forget about large up front cost! For a small one-time setup fee, you can access this tool from anywhere. There are just 3 basic steps once you sign up:

• Load your contact list(s).
• Record your message(s).
• Launch your recording by associating it with the contact list.

It's that simple! If you don't have access to the internet, the launch and the recorded functions can also be done directly from your cell or office phone.

Fast and Accessible - Administration can be done directly on our website or through your phone lines. So no matter where you are, you are in control. And once you launch a job, it is only a matter of seconds before the calls are simultaneously dialed.

Easy to use - The MoD Interface easily allows you to set up unlimited contact list categories (Ex: Department Heads, All Faculty, All Students, Entire Campus, etc). MoD also allows you the ability to have unlimited prerecorded alerts (i.e. "Classes are cancelled today due to weather" or "There is campus wide emergency, please stay in doors until further notice".)

Reliability - At the Core of our System, we utilize Ada. This programming language is known for its robustness and thus chosen for MoD. Critical applications such as the Missile Defense System, Air Traffic Controller, High End Banking Systems, and the Aerospace Industry all entrust Ada.

After watching the media and determining there wasn't an affordable and reliable solution for crisis notification, Singo started designing MoD for the educational world. Since we were already in the business of designing software for the Call Center Industry, it didn't take much effort to produce a scaled down version of our flagship application (Blaze) to fully focus on this need. Although we stayed true to our original goal of offering this tool at-cost for educational institutions, we soon found other areas to expand into.

Private Sector The private sector (and non-profit organizations) has found a number of uses - from mass crisis notification during emergencies (bomb threats) to alerting day-to-day functions. Routine uses for MoD include:

• Alerting customers about their next oil change.
• Updating patients on their next physical.
• Providing utility consumers on planned and un-planned outage.s
• Contacting members about renewing their gym membership, giving out guest passes during their birthdays or providing inspirational messages when they need it the most.

Political Campaigns:

Singo's staff has been through a number of "Get-Out-To-Vote" campaigns and has experience first hand on what is required to launch several million calls in a single day. We understand the nature of the business and MoD is designed for this specific need. Singo can launch massive messages using list of any format and deliver it quickly.

MoD's list design is capable of loading as many as 2.1 billion records per contact list, which means we're really only limited by the disk space and transfer speed of that data into our hosted center.

Educational Institutions:

MoD was originally designed for schools when we discovered news reports such as Universities using the snow line as THE communication method after a shooting had occurred. This just seemed outrageous to us - so solving this problem quickly became has a priority for us and had a special place within our company. As such, any school who wish to utilize this tool can receive it without paying any monthly maintenance or access fees. Please contact us for program details.

For schools, we also allow the students and faculty to update their contact information. This includes their emergency contact (parents, etc), additional numbers and whatever information the school wants to track.

MoD comes with a built in tool that allows the school administrator to send out email request to each student. Each student will be given a system generated id and password into the MoD system so that they can update their contact information should an emergency occur. Of course, the school can export and utilize this updated information at any time.

Q. Do I need to buy any special equipment?

Q. What are the fees?
A. Fees are determined the type of business. We give huge discounts to non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Typically, there are 3 types of fees. This includes initial setup, monthly maintenance/access and usage fees.

Q. Why are Telemarketing Companies not allowed to use this product?
A. There are other tools developed by Singo for the telemarketing industries. Should a client ever use MoD for such purposes, their account will be permanently disabled as there are a number of regulations that govern this type of activity. This product is strictly prohibited from anyone selling a product or service - regardless of commercial gain.

Q. What kind of reports can I expect to receive?
A. For every launched job, a detailed transactional report is given. Each launch call will have a result code. The types of results we track include:

• Message delivered fully to person
• Message delivered fully to machine
• Message delivered partially to person

• Fax
• No answer
