We offer fully functional Avaya/Mosaix predictive dialers built around your company. Designed to duplicate your specific file layouts and business needs, your agents can connect to our system from practically anywhere should there be a total and complete outage.

This is a truly "hot" solution - with phone lines always on standby and equipment located at a major data center. The site includes high levels of security, back-up generators, internal and external security cameras, tested T1's, DS-3's and OC-3 circuits, humidity controls, multiple power feeds, and, of course, all of our call center technology.

So how does this work?

First, we get a template for your current Avaya/Mosaix setup. This would include your list layout, your recorded messages, etc. Then we setup your own secured ftp site for you to drop off your dialing list. The file can be updated as often as you desire and we would recommend it to be encrypted utilizing a program of your choice (preferably pgp).

When we need to activate our hosted dialing solution for during an outage (or even for peak usage), the pgp key is given to us over the phone before we can load your customer/dialer list file into our system so that you can start dialing. This is to ensure that we cannot access your data without your knowledge and approval.

The scenario above is our standard setup. For companies who need to pick up dialing at the point of the outage as opposed to the batched file, we have the ability o take snapshots of your dialer transactions throughout the day. Should your phone network go down, or your dialer system malfunction, we can pick up dialing from where you last left off.
