Hosted Dialer seats based on the Avaya PDS have become one of our most requested solutions. All that is required on your end is an existing computer network, a reliable Internet connection and an agent headset connected to a Windows Workstation. From there, Singo takes over. We specialize in VoIP technology. This means that once you sign up, we provide all the software required for your agent’s PC to connect to our dialer using a Softphone application delivered right to your agent desktop.   • Our ability to increase your contact rate by as much as 34% by utilizing our techniques to control caller id on the record level. This means that if you call a New York number, it will display a valid/dialable number for New York. And while still on the same campaign, if you call an Iowa customer, it will display a number from Iowa. This is made possible by providing customers with their own "bucket" of numbers that covers the entire US. Each displayable number is then routed back to one central number that the customer controls.
