Reporting Tool
One of the biggest needs we've seen in the Avaya Community is the ability to get timely and custom reporting that relates to your specific needs. Singo originally developed these tools for internal use since there were no readily available tools to provide this information and became one of the first products we rolled out. This reporting tool (called Guidepost) takes agent and job history from the dialer and creates a user-friendly graphical report that can be sorted by date and/or week. The data is produced by consolidating all of your extracts from the various predictive dialers on a periodic basis. This allows you to view your entire operation without having to add information from dialer to dialer or from campaign to campaign. This basically means that if you have 14 different campaigns for one department and 3 campaigns for another, we can summarize in just 2 sets of reports regardless of how many systems you have or how many jobs you run.
