Call Management System Called Blaze, our predictive dialer systems is one of the most scalable in the world. This cluster of servers is capable of managing 4,000 phone lines and 1,000 agents at the same time. This makes it one of the largest systems available, but can also be scaled down to one individual at a time. Its shear size allows for easier management without having to split up dialing lists, worry about ineffective dialing due to segregated agent pools, centralized reporting and many other benefits. But that is only the beginning - Singo's Blaze system also has integrated Digital Voice Recording (DVR) capabilities, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) treatments with digit collections, Inbound Skills Based Routing and is fully VoIP enabled so that it can be hosted anywhere with a data connection.
