Jeff Carter has over
thirty-five years experience in software development, covering a wide
variety of application domains, including scientific, commercial,
scheduling, neural networks, defense real-time, avionics, and
telecommunications software. Jeff's approach to high-quality Ada software has lead to the adoption of his reusable component libraries (PragmARCs) for major mission critical systems. The same skills which have made him a highly sought asset for the military and aerospace industry are the same skills he has brought and applied daily to the Blaze platform.
