Michael Milliron has been
working with the CEO of Singo for over twelve years and came on board
after 20 years of call center experience starting on the front lines of
customer service, collections and telesales. Prior to joining Singo, Michael spent those 20 years working for American Express and MSA Solutions where he took on many roles. His uncanny ability to listen to his customers and transform them into solutions that were not stated in the original request, but matched with the clients overall vision, only demonstrated his ability to produce more than what was required. This moved him quickly thru the ranks where he quickly became instrumental in developing solutions for various high volume business partners like GE, Bank One and a number of student lending partners including Citi Bank. Michael’s CRM Application were built to handle 8 million customers for GE and another 2 million student loan applications – all done in a manner which allowed it to work well with call center applications such as IVR’s, Dialers and Intelligent Routing Systems. Michael’s expertise included developing common sense, user friendly front end solutions and a wide variety of back end solutions utilizing MS tools and database development for managing and doing ETL of data between us and our customers. Having specialized in the financial world and dealing with the numerous banking partners, his solutions needed to meet a number of regulatory and security guidelines. At Singo, Michael’s focus has been on developing ancillary applications which enhances or supports the Blaze CMS product line. This includes utilizing SOAP functionality, MS-SSRS, VB support of legacy software, a number of .Net applications used in a variety of applications (standard and ad-hoc reporting needs, custom data feeds). He is now expanding his department’s roll to include more mission-critical aspects of the CMS platform. |
