VoIP enabled dialing with Custom API

Allows for a much friendlier application to interface with the dialer. We can custom program a number of business related rules to ensure the best use of agent time. In addition to added logic, we can also integrate with almost any host system so no key entry into any existing system your agents might currently be using.
We can also VoIP enable all of your agent connection to the Mosaix dialer. This means that we can deliver the agent calls to anywhere in the world with an internet connection. This can range from a virtual home agent to a thousand seat call center.

Digital Voice Recording (DVR)

The SIP Digital Voice Recorder is a server-based web accessed product that is one of the most user friendly and scalable digital voice recording systems on the market. The user interface needs no custom install.
The recordings are in standard mp3 file formats, which allows the client to access and play their recordings from anywhere. The query interface allows you to easily query any account – you can filter through the calls by Account Number, Call Date, Call Time, Call Length, ANI, DNIS, Agent ID, and/or Release Code.

Live Agent Monitoring

The Live Agent Monitoring is a VoIP based agent monitoring tool that allows the supervisors and managers to monitor any agent audio and video sessions remotely – and in real time.
Our experience (based on 300,000 agent hours) can double sales in a telemarketing environment and increase collection amounts by over 30%. There are also coaching tools available with this tool. Messages alerting the agent what they can improve on is also available.

Reporting Tool

GuidePost is a report tool that takes the agent history and job history from the dialer and creates a user friendly graphical report that can be sorted by date and or week. We can customize to any of your business needs.
The data is produced consolidating all of your extracts from the various predictive dialers on an hourly basis. This allows you to view your entire operation without having to add information from system to system.
In the snapshot below, we can see the sales performance across 170 agents on 3 dialers. We’ve consolidated as many as 12 systems into one report – all updated hourly.

Singo provides connectivity to the phone network. By ordering in volume, we can pass the cost back to you at a rate very discounted rate (roughly 1.8 cents a minute per line use). This rate saves you the hassle of obtaining your own T1 lines and signing unnecessary long-term contracts with long distance providers. So why deal with commitments and access charges on top of your normal per minute usage? Our rate includes all the normal access charges and fees associated with providing your own lines.

One of the popular products we have is the ability to take your snapshots of your current transactions thru out the day – so we are not relying on backup tapes. Should your phone network go down, or your mosaix system malfunction, we can pick up dialing at approximately the same place where your system left off. All we need is a reliable internet connection to VoIP enable your agents.
Our site is equipped with high levels of security, back-up generators, internal and external security cameras, and access to “hot” T1’s, DS-3’s and OC-3 circuits.
